What is VinTel®?

VinTel® by VinLogx, offers real-time standardized automotive diagnostic reports that cover critical vehicle health, diagnostic, emissions, reset information, and repair cost guidance.

How does VinTel® work with Rapid Recon?

Rapid Recon users may now access available diagnostic reports to any vehicle that has a current or previously generated VinTel® report. These reports are visible if a VinTel® report has been generated. Rapid Recon users may click on the VinTel® link to view the report.

Integration HIGHLIGHTS

  • With the addition of the VinTel® link on the vehicle information panel, you can quickly see if the report is available or not and the severity of the report by the status color.
  • VinTel® uses a color key to help users quickly identify the condition of the vehicle from the diagnostic report.
  • Green: The report is available, and the vehicle has no exceptions.
 
  • Yellow: The report is available, and the vehicle has minor exceptions.
 
  • Red: The report is available, and the vehicle has major exceptions.
 
  • Gray: The report is not available.
